Working principle:
The exhaust gas first passes through dry filtration to intercept and remove the particulate pollutants in the exhaust gas, and then enters the adsorption bed for adsorption. The honeycomb activated carbon with a large specific surface area is used to adsorb the solvent on the surface of the activated carbon. The treated clean gas is discharged at high altitude through the fan and chimney.
After a period of adsorption, the activated carbon reaches saturation, and the system’s desorption-catalytic combustion process is started. The solvent that has been adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon is desorbed by the hot air flow, and converted into substances such as CO2 and water vapor through the catalytic combustion reaction, and heat is released. The heat generated by the reaction is partially reused in the desorption hot air flow through the heat exchange. When the desorption reaches a certain degree, the heat release and the desorption heat are balanced, and the system completes the desorption process without external heat.
