Working Principle

Filtering and Separation Stage
After entering the dust collector through the inlet, the dusty gas is evenly distributed on the surface of the filter bag through the air distribution plate. When the dusty airflow passes through the filter bag, due to the small gaps between the filter bag fibers (usually 0.5-1mm), dust particles are carried by the airflow and come into contact with the filter bag fibers. Dust particles larger than the gaps between the filter bag fibers are blocked on the surface of the filter bag, while fine dust passes through the gaps between the filter bag fibers with the airflow.
During this process, dust is effectively trapped on the surface of the filter bag, achieving gas-solid separation and purifying the dusty gas.
Dust removal stage
As the filtration process progresses, the dust on the surface of the filter bag gradually increases. When the dust accumulates to a certain extent, it will affect the filtration efficiency and dust removal effect of the filter bag. At this point, the dust cleaning system begins to operate.
The principle of different dust cleaning methods varies. For example, mechanical vibration is the use of vibration from a vibrator to loosen and shake off dust adhering to the surface of a filter bag; Reverse airflow cleaning is the process of introducing reverse airflow into the bottom of the dust collection chamber, carrying dust particles upwards and depositing them onto the air distribution plate; Pulse blowing is the process of injecting compressed air into a filter bag in a short period of time, causing the bag to expand and removing dust from its surface.
Collection Phase
The dust shaken off after cleaning is collected in the collection device. If using a powder storage bin, temporarily store the dust and wait for regular cleaning; If a scraper slag discharge machine is used, the accumulated dust is scraped to the discharge outlet through the movement of the scraper, and then further processed, such as transported to a suitable location for landfill, comprehensive utilization, etc.
