2) Good dust removal efficiency, can capture dust above 0.3UM, and purify dust-containing gas to 15mg/m3 or even below.
3) Few auxiliary equipment, low investment, and technical requirements are not as high as those of electrostatic precipitators.
4) It can capture dust that is difficult to recover by electrostatic precipitators, and can collect compounds such as nitrates and sulfides to a certain extent.
5) Good adaptability to load changes, especially suitable for capturing fine and dry dust, and the collected dry dust is easy to handle and recycle.
6) Bag dust collectors are safer when collecting dust-containing gases with explosion hazards or sparks.
Bag dust collectors and cartridge dust collectors are both efficient dry dust removal equipment, which not only have good dust removal efficiency, more stable operation, and are not easy to damage, but are also widely used. When it comes to the difference between bag filter and cartridge filter, the difference is obvious in structure. The most important thing is the difference in core filter elements. Although the dust filter cartridge and the bag are different, both dust removal equipment have their own advantages. In contrast, the dust treatment of the cartridge filter is relatively narrow, while the scope of application of the bag filter is relatively wide.
